When you place an order, you confirm that the property will be photo-ready at the scheduled time including correct access to the property such as a lock-box accessible. The photographer reserves the right to leave a property if a free-running pet is there without the owner or if the property is not photo-ready which will incur the Cancellation/Rescheduling fee as stated below.

Photographers are not allowed to touch or move items in the property. If the home is not photo-ready by the time the photographer arrives, we will call you to discuss your options. If we cannot reach you, we will typically instruct our photographers to photograph the property as-is.

We charge a $50 fee for cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment or after 5pm the day before.

If weather conditions require a rescheduling/cancellation, we will contact you for a new appointment or an outright cancellation without any fee.

Payment is due during the ordering process, and late payments (after 30 days) incur a 25% fee. Unpaid invoices may be sent to collections. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and deny coupon usage.

If you wish to purchase extra services whilst the photographer is on-site, this should not be an issue if informed in time.
Once we send an invoice with the extra additions, the same terms apply as described in the Terms of Service.

All content delivered to you by snaplyst are copyrighted and you can use them to market the specific property you've purchased them for. If used in print or online magazines, you must credit us as "Created by snaplyst". The photos or videos can't be sold or shared with third parties without purchasing additional usage rights.

Unless otherwise agreed, snaplyst can use the media for marketing.
